The Scott Addict Gravel 20 is a light, fast carbon gravel bike with electronic Sram Rival eTap AXS shifting. The successfully integrated cable routing not only makes the gravel athlete a real eye-catcher, it also contributes to the good aerodynamics.   

Frame

The Scott Addict Gravel 20 has a carbon frame with a progressive gravel geometry. The long reach, combined with a flat head angle and the deep bottom bracket, gives the bike an incredibly smooth ride. The stem is comparatively short for a sporty, neutral seating position; the Addict Gravel can be pedaled very efficiently. The fully integrated cable routing gives the bike a particularly elegant, clean look. The cables are inserted directly from the handlebars into the head tube via a special stem. It couldn’t be tidier. The large tire clearance of 45 mm enables the use of particularly comfortable and high-traction tires. There are threaded eyelets for bikepacking bags or tool sets on the top and down tubes. Discreetly attached threads are even available for the optional retrofitting of mudguards. 

Components

The Sram Rival eTap AXS shifting of the Scott Addict Gravel 20 works electronically and wirelessly. The 1×12 gearshift is very easy to operate and the switching processes are particularly quick and, in a positive sense, unobtrusive. Individual configurations can be made using the associated smartphone app. The brakes come from the same series and are equipped with 160 mm discs. Attachments and wheels are provided by Scott’s high-quality own brand Syncros. The Schwalbe G-One Bite in size 700x45c run surprisingly fast on the road and impress with great traction on the trail.
