    Good Bike, Poor Assembly

    I ordered the Cube Agree C:62 Race from Beatusbikes.com expecting a flawless experience. The bike itself is fantastic—lightweight carbon frame, Shimano Ultegra Di2 shifting, and aerodynamic design make it a solid choice. However, the assembly was disappointing. Some bolts weren’t properly tightened, and the handlebars were slightly misaligned. Customer service was responsive but slow, taking over a week to resolve my concerns. Delivery was fast, but the poor assembly took away from the overall experience.

    Delivery Took Longer Than Expected

    The 2025 Cube Agree C:62 Race is exactly what I wanted—a smooth ride, precise shifting, and excellent geometry for endurance racing. That said, my bike arrived much later than advertised. Beatusbikes claimed 3 5 business days, but mine took nearly 8 days with no clear updates until I contacted them. Thankfully, the bike was fully assembled and ready to ride, which was a plus. If delivery speed improves, I would give them five stars.

    Excellent Bike, Minor Customer Service Issue

    I’m very happy with my Cube Agree C:62 Race—it handles exceptionally well and looks stunning in person. Shimano Ultegra Di2 provides flawless electronic shifting, and the carbon frame is both lightweight and stiff, perfect for performance cycling. Delivery was on time, and the bike was fully assembled as promised. However, customer service was slow to respond when I asked about warranty details. Overall, a great bike but small improvements needed on communication.
