Amazing bike! Fun geometry, having come from riding mountain bikes forever. If you’re a mountain biker looking for a gravel bike, look no further! It’s a sad day when a gravel bike has taken precedence over my mountain bike!

I love this bike. It makes riding all sorts of terrain easy and really fun. Easy to assemble out of the box. Easy to tweak brake and gear tension etc. Great quality bike.

Great bike
Purchased recently, arrived securely packed. Enjoyed the experience riding a road-configured bike on gravel surfaces (loose) with FAT tires, the traction was good. The gears needed some tweaking, overall very impressed with the purchase. Many rides into the sunset to come.

Great bike
This bike has been good so far. However, after only 2 short rides (<1hr) I got a flat on the back. I didn’t think anything about it and replaced it. However, within another 2 short rides, I got another flat on the front this time. After replacing both inner tubes, I have not received any flats 8+ rides later. Little disappointed in the quality of the inner tube provided. Otherwise, the ride has been great.

Wrong Size bike sent!
Unbelievable! I waited for almost 2 weeks for this back-ordered bike to be sent out. Finally, it arrives, and they sent the wrong size! The order clearly said Large, their tracking info said Large, but what arrived was Medium. Which doesn’t fit me at all. I am incredibly upset and frustrated. Talk about a complete lack of professionalism.

Solid multi purpose bike
This is an awesome combo bike. I ride it down roads like a normal road bike, but can go down fire roads and hardpack bikepaths when I choose. Almost as fast on pavement as my Felt road bike. Nice on unpaved stretches of trails in my area. Well built and functions flawlessly!

Great bikes, wrong components…
Like the title suggests, these are great bikes, however, the tendency of getting the wrong components is pretty high. My second bike was equipped with the wrong stem size (by 15mm) and the wrong tires. It has taken over 3 weeks to have this resolved. Their customer service however is pretty amazing. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Not only are they understanding but they go above and beyond for the customer. So with this being said, I would buy from them again, but I wouldn’t expect to ride my bike right away… or 3 weeks later.
