This means the Revolt can be adjusted exactly to your preferences. Using a “flip chip” on the rear dropout, it is possible to change the wheelbase by 1cm and thus adapt the driving behavior to your own preferences.

Main features of the Giant REVOLT ADVANCED 2 GRX Carbon gravel bikes

Low weight & high comfort: 50g weight saving compared to Advanced (Pro)Previous frames combined with thin, low seat stays ensure a super light, comfortable and yet stiff frameset.
Maximum variability: The seat tube allows the installation of a D-Fuse Support as well as a 30.9 mm post and even a retractable dropper post. The frame set also offers space for a total of 6 bottle cages and is equipped with mounting points for luggage racks and mudguards.
Adjustable wheelbase: Medium Flip chip The wheelbase can be changed by 1 cm in the dropout. The change in the wheelbase also has an impact on the maximum tire width: In the “short” version this is a maximum of 45c tires, while in the “long” position tires up to a width of 53c can be installed.

Great bike

The bike fully meets my expectations. The Revolt is very comfortable, at least compared to some bikes with an aluminum frame, and offers good riding position for me. So not too sporty, you can ride it for a while in the lower grip. The wheels run really well.
