The SyncDrive Sport motor provides you with even, delay-free extra power, with which you can easily conquer any terrain and simply have more fun. With its 120 mm suspension fork and the outstanding all-around properties of the 29-inch wheels equipped with tubeless tires, the bike offers you more control and better handling.

The light ALUXX-SL aluminum frame with its trail-friendly geometry ensures the best control off-road. The high-performance material is predominantly 6011 aluminum alloy for an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. Hybrid Cycling Technology describes the system of combining electronic propulsion with human power to give all types of riders the opportunity to experience Giant E-Bikes.

With the Shimano Deore rear derailleur, you get a system that is perfectly tailored to MTB demands. Reliable, precise, and fast you reach exactly the gear you need. The hydraulic Shimano BR – MT200 disc brakes with 180 mm rotors will bring you to a standstill quickly on demanding terrain.

The voluminous Maxxis Rekon tires take you casually and with good grip through a wide variety of terrain. They are tubeless-ready, but with this bike, you get them with a tube. Choose for yourself how you prefer to drive!

Badass Bike for a Good price

After being out of the mountain bike hobby for over a decade and then researching to find the average price of a quality bike coming in at the price of a used car I am perfectly pleased to have found the Giant Fathom E+2 bike. Within a couple of weeks of receiving the bike, I had a couple of rides in and then went to Trestle, Winter Park, CO downhill mountain bike park. Now coming to the end of our riding season I can confidently say this bike is designed, built, and assembled with high quality and care. I already know that I will purchase more bikes in the future from them.

Nice bike

I’ve since nicknamed it “Tank”… 1 because it’s heavy as heck and 2 because it will plow through everything. So far I’ve gotten 25 mile in eco 80% of the time. Super fun bike.

Love the bike

Delivered a week ago and is now two rides old. Most impressed with the handling and performance of this bike. Goes downhill, over rough tree roots and rocks with ease. The quality of manufacture for this bike is as good as any of the other brands and I scrutinized them all before I purchased the Giant Fathom E+2.

My fellow riders on non-ebikes will never let me forget it! Would happily recommend this bike

Great Bike

I personally found the Giant Fathom E+2 to be a fantastic bike in every aspect. If you are looking for an affordable bang for buck E-Bike that is ready to shred and will take you back up to the top without any need for a shuttle then this is the bike for you. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Made for fun

Been mtb for more than 20 yrs now 62 yrs old and this is my first ebike, tell you the truth, I feel like 30 yrs old again! I am flying down and up hills, riding technical trails like a pro !!! I’d wish I bought a ebike earlier, this Giant Fathom E+2 performs very well with great traction 👍 very happy 😊

Great Service

I couldn’t believe how fast the bike came once it became available! I didn’t trust myself to put it together so I took it to my local bike shop and they did it for dirt cheap. This is my first e-mountain bike and after reading the reviews and then riding it I concur that it’s a great bike for the price. The only complaint I have is the paint scratches really easily so I have purchased a protectant for the frame and you might want to as well before taking it out for a ride.
